Abstract
Objective To study the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs in vitro by MTT assay, and evaluate the clinical value of selecting drugs for ovarian cancer chemotherapy. Methods The fresh cells from 46 human ovarian cancer samples were prepared and primarily cultured in vitro, and used for determining drug sensitivity of 11 kinds of common chemotherapeutic drugs and the combination of them, which was compared with 3 years follow-up evaluation of their clinical efficacy. Results There is a clear individual difference for drug sensitivity of ovarian cells in vitro, and the average suppression of drug action and the total forecast accuracy was 89.1%. Conclusion The drug sensitivity test of tumor cells in vitro could provide some references for individual chemotherapy.
