Abstract
The perceptions and attitudes of tourism impacts of the residents in Guoliang, Nanping and Shuimo villages are studied. The result showed that the residents of high tourism participation degree feel fiercely for positive economic and social tourism impacts, and they have opposite attitudes towards developing tourisms. Contrarily, because of paying large social cost, and considered tourism not bringing economic and social positive impacts, the residents of low tourism participation degree feel fiercely for negative environmental impacts, and they have a opponent or distant manners for tourism development. Strengthening the governmental regulation for the market, reducing the social cost of enterprise, and giving the undertaker of social cost compensation, are the important way of making local residents support tourism development, and realizing sustainable development of local tourism.
