Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(sequelae of CPID).Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group was given antibiotic by intravenously infused,treatment group 1 was infused with TCM;and treatment group 2 was given TCM through infusion and enema;each group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation,14 days for a course of treatment,each group had treated for two courses and then the clinical effects were evaluated.Results Effective rate of treatment group 2(93.3%)was significantly higher than the comtrol group(20.0%,P0.05).Conclusion TCM through infusion and enema was a more effective method for treatment CPID.
