Abstract

Objective Observe and compare different doses of abortion applied in Dezocine propofol anesthesia.Methods the study selected 100 cases of artificial abortion,for all patients Dezocine propofol anesthesia,the application of different doses of base Dezocine patients were divided into a control group A,group B and group A and observation observation B group,four patients Dezocine applied doses were 25μg/kg,50μg/kg,100 μg/kg and 150 μg/kg,while joint compound propofol anesthesia,the application of the effect of different doses applied were observed.Results the four groups of patients with different time periods SpO2,PetCO2 difference was not significant(P0.05),t1 and poor t2,t3 period of four groups of patients HR as well as poor MAP's had no significant difference(P0.05),t1 and t4 time difference between HR and the difference between the control group of patients was significantly higher than that observed MAP group,a significant difference(P0.05).A control group of adverse reactions accounted for 24% in the control group B(16%) was observed in group A,8% B 36% of the observation group were observed adverse reactions in patients in group A were significantly lower than other groups of patients(P0.05).A group of patients observed recovery time was significantly shorter than the other three groups(P0.05).Conclusion 100μg/kg Dezocine propofol anesthesia can be achieved in abortion ideal ideal analgesic effect,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,while shortening the patient's recovery time.
