Moral Scanning of the Ethical Examination for Leading Cadres

Currently,moral decay exists in some leading cadres reflected in their political character,professional ethics,family ethics and social morality,etc.This phenomenon could be attributed both to the external environment of social and ethical impact and to the inherent factors of moral cognition and moral will of those leading cadres.The issue of moral character of leading cadres must be viewed and studied rationally to strengthen and improve the evaluation mechanism for moral conduct of leading cadres.It entails a scientific,fair and objective understanding of such major issues as evaluation criteria,evaluation subjects and comprehensive moral evaluation.To achieve this,scope and effect of moral supervision by others need to be expanded as much as possible;moreover,self-evaluation and self-supervision need to be carried out through moral review and reflection by leading cadres themselves.Only in this way can the moral state of leading cadres be truly promoted and the ethical environment of the society be purified.
