Leading cadres living in important position,holding heavy right and are organizer and leader of social undertakings.Their moral qualities and personality traits have very important role in guiding demonstration,influence the formation of good moral atmosphere of entire society and people's mental state,relate to the success or failure of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Leading cadres must strengthen moral construction,according to the moral principles,moral norms,strict demand on themselves,bear hard,withstand temptation,tubal good relatives,grasp the scale,be cautious,firmly establish a correct outlook on life,fame,power,affection,friendship,against corruption the concept of money.
