The Functional Comparison of Rural Financial Organization Systems in International Society and Enlightenment

Finance is the core of modern economics,which plays an important role in the reconstruction of new countryside.However,currently China's rural finance system has not been able to exert its function of supporting the rural economic development.On the one hand,the financial demand and supply of the rural entities are insufficient,and on the other hand,the extremely scarce financial resources originating from the countryside are being continuously transferred to the city as non-agricultural resources.Therefore,during the period of our socialism new rural reconstruction,it is very significant in theory and practice for us to make a comparative study of the rural financial organization systems in US,Germany,South Korea and other countries so as to learn some lessons from their experiences.
