Abstract
The construction of socialism newvillage can not be completed without financial support. However, our country's current rural financial system still has some drawbacks which seriously hinder the development of rural economy. The paper reviews the successful experiences of US, Japan, India, Thailand and other countries, and proposes some specific recommendations in accordance with China's practical situation, which include the perfection of the legal system for rural finance, the construction of the compensation system for rural finance, the extension of rural financing channels to support the development of agriculture, etc.
