Abstract
For the purpose of regulating enterprise risk management, based on the analysis of the various domestic and international advanced risk management technologies,by the optimal combination of risk matrix method and protection layer analysis(LOPA),a distinctive combination risk evaluation method was developed, and a distinct features risk evaluation system was established, which can realize of system identification, classification management and multilayer evaluation, effective controlof hazard factors the in oil and gas pipeline system. The risk evaluation system was applied in western pipeline company, and the results showed that the risk evaluation system can regulate risk management in the enterprise, and improve the risk management level.
