Abstract

Due to China's public interest litigation system has not yet been fully established,many substantive and procedural requirements in existing legal norms can not adapt to the needs of the public interest litigation so that they become a number of obstacles for the citizens' offering public interest litigation,particularly in the areas of related costs on public interest litigation.Start with the study of China's current approach to pay the legal fees and the characteristics of public interest litigation cases,through analysis from the angle of economics and social science,after considering the related fee systems abroad,this paper put forward some feasible suggestions,such as paying for the public interest litigation by the state,establishing public interests funds or support on plaintiff offered by the administrative organ.
