Abstract
F_3 genealogical populations of 'Bainong 64'×'Jingshuang 16' were examined by SSR and AFLP and then a genetic linkage map containing 158 markers,100 SSR markers(91 primers) and 58 AFLP markers(12 primers),was constructed; On the map,the 158 markers formed 20 linkage groups, and covered 3 114 cM of wheat genome with their average genetic distance standing at 19.7 cM.the 12 SSR markers that had not been positioned were localized on the genetic linkage map of wheat. So this will lay a good foundation for the analysis of such agronomic traits as resistance to chronic powdery mildew.
