Effects and Limitations of Liability Insurance in Resolving the School Sports Injuries

Accidents of sports injury in schools occurred frequently in recent years,which seriously hindered the development of school sports in our country.For that,ministry of education and relevant departments launched the liability insurance system of the school,which provided a new solution to school sports injuries in our country.This paper introduced the development history of liability insurance,and discussed the scope of relief for the school sports injuries.Meanwhile,the article analyzed the limitation of the school liability insurance system and gave some helpful suggestions.
