Abstract
The alkynyl aldehyde-participated direct Mannich reaction was first reported.A series of novel alkyny-containing β-amino ketones were synthesized by the Mannich reaction of aromatic alkynyl aldehydes with ketones and aliphatic amines using Brnsted acid as the catalyst and THF as the solvent.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
