Abstract

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods The characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasonography and blood flow changes of 21 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome confirmed clinically and by other imaging examinations were analyzed retrospectively. Results Hepatic venous lesions(type I) in 5 cases, inferior vena cava lesions(type II) in 14 cases, hepatic vein and inferior vena cava mixed lesions(type III) in 2 cases.19 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,2 cases were missed diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.5%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose Budd-Chiari syndrome accurately, which has important clinical significance and value.
