Abstract
The finance function view has important effect on the research of the finance theory,but there is no agreement on the definition of the finance function.The finance function is the promotion of the financial tools,institutions and the system on the economical and social development,which can be compartmentalized to several different classes.On the view of the financial development theory,the finance function is the key position between the finance system and the entity economy.
