The Orientation of Development Finance in Modern Financial Theory System

Abstract

Based on analyzing of modern financial system,this article orientates the development finance theoretically and builds up a research framework.Development finance theory is an important part of finance theory in incomplete market.It should be researched with new routes and methods of new institutional economics and information economics.At last,development finance is analyzed as a deepened financial mechanism in the promotion of the finance and economy development.
