Abstract
The desulfurization characteristics of pulverized limestone have been studied with the help of a drop-tube furnace.Tests show that a combustion assisting gas mixture of 20% O_2 and 80% CO_2 is not only more favourable for desulfurization than air,but in addition helps to diminish the emission of NO_x and is thus helpful for simultaneously getting the three pollutants i.e.CO_2,SO_2 and NO_x,under control.Figs 8 and refs 8.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
