Abstract
The chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence were studied after treatment with different Mn2+ concentrations on wheat seedling. The results indicated that the treatment of the Mn2+ at different concentration can increase the content of chlorophyll. When the Mn2+'s concentration was 1.0mg/L,1.5mg/L,the content of chlorophyll was increased by 54.32%,71.92% indirectly. And the Manganese at 1.0mg/L concentration can increase F0,Fm,ETR,NPQ,qNP by 2.78%,6.20%,32.09%,6.62%,0.93%.It was suggested that 1.0-1.5mg/L Mn2+ treatments were good for wheat seedling growth and development.
