Abstract
This experiment studied the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence with different Zn cencentration in wheat seedlings. The results indicated that the chlorophyll contents and some of the chlorophyll fluorescence could be changed markedly with the treatment of the different Zn concentrations: the values of the chlorophyll contents,NPQ and ETR could be increased by 10.13%,34.31% and 26.18% respectively with 2.0 mg/L,5.0 mg/L and 3.0 mg/L treatment. The values of qP and φPSⅡ,however, were decreased by 24.14% and 27.47% respectively. There were no effects on the values of Fv/Fm and Fv′/Fm′.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
