Research on strategy of supply chain competition based on system dynamics

A single retailer of a two-echelon supply chain is considered to dominate the market in the frame of system dynamics model.On that basis,with another supply chain get involved in the market,the article compares the competition behavior between supply chains and discusses the influence of the core enterprise profits aiming at three kinds of competition strategy.Simulation results provide a scientific evidence for supply chain management in the model of competition between supply chains.And the strategy is proved valid in practice.
