Abstract

This paper reports the method of digestion tomato by microwave sample preparation system and determination content of trace elements by using ICP AES.Rapid and complete dissolution tomato is achieved by using a microwave digestion procedure.Using reference material GBW08513 and GBW07602 as quality control,the results obtained are in good agreement with the reference values.The result is quite satisfactory.
