Abstract
Based on panel data of 31 provincial regions in our country from 2009 to 2013,the paper applies CCR,BCC and Malmquist index model to compare and analyze the technical efficiency and total factor productivity change index and its components of technical industry input-output in all regions. The results show the overall technical efficiency is rising, but there are great differences positively related to economic development level in various regions. The total factor productivity change declines due to technical change and it has little effect on the level of economic development.
