A Study on Feasibility and Countermeasures of Improving the Classification Management for Civil Servants in China

As the impellers,the civil servants play an important role in the reform of administrative system.The civil servants classification system was influenced and constrained by many factors,for example,the type of category of conduct of public affairs does not exist;job settings and job category are not effectively related;the position of non-leadership does not show its function and so on.In this regard,putting forward a reasonable set of positions,making differences in the conduct of public affairs category,achieving a rational interaction between the central and local civil servants and improving the relevant protection mechanisms are the keys to innovate the classification management for civil servants in China.
