The Transformation of Educational Policy and the Hard Return of the Nature of Education

Abstract

The educational policy of China based on the model from the top down develops the inner conflict between political tendency and public connotation in education,which makes the educational policy indisputable doctrine and restrains people's creative capabilities as well as the realization of educational aim.To change this model of the educational policy seems to be the ideal choice for the development of education.That will be the rules of conduct for educational faculty to follow willingly and voluntarily.
