Abstract
The research of ultrafine particle,especially nano-size particle, becomes a hot spot among high-tech field,which was applied extensively in such areas as material,chemical engineering,light industry,metallurgy,electronics and biomedical science etc.Supercritical fluid(the SCF) is a new technique to get the ultrafine powder.This paper gives a brief introduction to SCF and new methods of obtaining ultrafine particle by SCF repaid expansion of supercritical solution(RESS),supercritical anti-solvent(SAS),supercritical reaction, supercritical drying(SD).The introduction of the progress and influencing parameters of RESS and SAS process is given in more detail in this paper.And it points out that it still needs some break in theory to apply these techniques in industry.
