Abstract
The technical characteristics,technological process and research results in recent years of supercritical extraction were discussed.The rapid expansion of supercritical solution,gas anti-solvent crystallization and some research results of these two methods of supercritical fluid crystallization were expounded.Applicable prospect of supercritical fluid and problems to be solved were discussed.
