Abstract
For the smooth realization of the city turn, it is necessary to build up safe and stable city environment. However, the fast development of city will endanger the public safety management of city. this article turns from city turn and public safety management of city and is on the basis of analyzing the problems exist in it. Then it puts forward the counterplans. They are as follows 1. a the city function divides the design programming of the areas, we must consider the safe factors well. 2. The scale and speed of city turn must be reasonable. 3. Strengthern the management maintenance and construction of the public safety system. 4. Improve the observation and examination mechanism fully. 5. Build up the enviroment of public safety management system culture that every one contains responsibility.
