Abstract
The direction of constructing resource-efficient city is to establishing scientific development view,to insist both exploitation and resource-efficiency,to put more attention on the latter,to establish related system and mechanism,to gradually improve the implement the guarantee system of resource-efficient city construction,and to accelerate persistent development of economy and society.This paper studies the guarantee of resource-efficient city construction from policy,capital,technology,and society point of views.It points out that resource-efficient,construction of independence innovation mechanism,and public participation are all important in the resource-efficient city construction.
