Abstract

This paper is to contract various organs of red tape disease on Pseudobagrusfulvidrico which have carried on the observation by the histopathology methods. The result indicated that the main various organs' histopathological changes included: swelling, proliferation, hypertrophy of epithelial cells in gill lamellae;Epithelial cells of renal tubulus presented the obvious swelling, local renal tubular appeared glass samples change, partial renal tubulus appeared disintegration and necrosis;Swollen glomus and necrotic glomerulus were also observed in partial microscopic fields.Focal abscess were also observed in hematopoietic organization of Renal interstitial, there were a dense layer of cells in its surrounding.Liver cells presented obvious water degeneration, local necrotic stove were observed in the liver tissue of partial sicked fish, there were a dense layer of cells in its surrounding.Gastrointestinal epithelial cells arranged irregularly, acompanied by epithelial desquamation, degeneration and necrosis.Under microscope,we could find that the expansion and hyperemia of blood capillaries of spleen,In addation, there were diffuse necrosis in the spleen tissue of partial sicked fish.
