Abstract

Various organs of Pseudobagrusfulvidrico contracted with ascites disease were observed using histopathological methods. The results indicated that the main histopathological changes in various organs included swelling, proliferation, hypertrophy of epithelial cells in gill lamellae as well as desquamation, degeneration and necrosis.Epithelial cells of renal tubulus presented the obvious swelling, and partial disintegration and necrosis; The glomerulus whose structure was unclear and loose, had a vacuolar shape.Swollen glomus and necrotic glomerulus were also observed in partial microscopic fields.Local necrotic stove, granular casts as well as melanin-macrophage deposition were found in renal interstitial.Liver cells presented obvious water degeneration, and local necrotic stove and the congestive blood vessel partially in sick fish.Gastrointestinal epithelial cells arranged irregularly, acompanied by epithelial desquamation, degeneration and necrosis.Under the microscope, the expansion and hyperemia of blood capillaries of spleen, even blood stains caused by bleeding could be found. In addation, there were partial diffuse necrosis in the spleen tissue in sick fish.
