Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in Treating Occult Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on Occult glomerulonephritis.Methods:Eighty two patients with Occult glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups:Control group was treated with conventional therapy and treatment group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in addition to the conventional therapy as control group.After Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction treatment,the therapeutic effect of twenty-four-hour urine protein quantitation(24HUPQ)and red blood cell count in urine were observed by laboratory examination.Results:The therapeutic effect in treatment group was more effective than that in the control group(P0.05).24HUPQ and red blood cell count in urine were significantly changed after treatment(P0.05)in the treat group.Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction decreased 24HUPQ and red blood cell count in urine.The therapy of Occult glomerulonephritis is effective.
