Abstract
The constituents of the root of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.were isolated and purified using recrystallization and column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 for the first time.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence,and these compounds were identified as Schizandrin B(1),Schisandrin A(2),Schisantherin A(3),Tigloylgomisin H(4),Schisandrol A(5),schisandrol B(6).
