Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of the fresh leaves of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill..[Method] The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.[Result] Twelve compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of S.chinensis, and eight compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(1),Benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-,methyl ester(2),schindilactone A(3),Schisandrol B(4),Wuweizilactone acid(5),Schisandrin B(6),Schisandrin A(7),chisandrol A(8).[Conclusion] Chemical constituents of the fresh leaves of S.chinensis were isolated and identified for the first time, and compound 2 was isolated from S.chinensis for the first time.
