Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the pediatric infectious disease in C reactive protein(CRP) application value.MethodsInfectious diseases in children's blood specimens of 200 cases of detection of serum concentration of CRP,according to the blood test, blood culture and clinical diagnosis of the patients were divided into the bacterial infection group(I group) and virus infection group(Ⅱ group).ResultsIn I group serum CRP concentration of(76.8±10.5) mg /L was significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ(9.2±2.1) mg /L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.01).ConclusionC reaction protein inspection can be used as a pediatric infectious disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the main index, for clinical early diagnosis, early treatment to provide effective basis.
