The Forming Mechanism and Prevention and Control Mechanisms of University Administrators’ Corruption

The corruption of university administrators can be divided into three types:economic corruption,industry corruption and academic corruption.This paper intends to analyze the common mechanism,profession mechanism and culture mechanism that lead to this phenomenon.To prevent and control university administrators’ corruption,the paper proposes four systems:first,to establish scientific and efficient internal management system in modern universities;second,to establish and improve the power structure and operating mechanism and to enhance check and balance among decision rights,executive rights and supervision rights;third,to reform and improve the mechanism of discipline inspection at the grassroots level;fourth,to establish a scientific configuration system for power structure,a supervision system for standard power operation as well as an informationized prevention and control system for integrity risks.
