Abstract

Effective system is the fundamental guarantee for the prevention of corruption,and to strive to create a rational structure,scientific configuration,tight procedures,effective system of control is the key to curbing university corruption.Universities should adhere to the basic principles of the current norms,system,effectiveness,seriousness and construct a basic framework of system of preventing corruption that contains democratic decision-making,standardized management and effective supervision,etc.It should also establish and improve the assurance system in place and effective operational mechanism.
