Influence of Peasants' Scientific and Cultural Quality on Their Income in Henan Province

There is no new countryside without new kind of peasants that are educated,skilled and good at management.There is no modernization of countryside without modernization of peasants' quality.How to improve the peasants' scientific,technical and cultural quality is a key problem to increase their income in Henan province as a big agricultural province.In the paper influences of peasants' scientific and cultural quality on their income were mainly analyzed,and then the measures were cleared which should be adopted to improve the peasants' quality and increase their income quickly.
