Quality Status and Education of Peasants in Jilin Province

Proceeding with the investigation of peasants' quality analysis,the author of this paper points out that,the core of enhancing the peasants' quality is to enhance their intellectual quality.Based on the relationship between agriculture modernizations and peasants' quality in Jilin Province,he also demonstrates in detail the necessity of enhancing the peasants' quality.At the end of the paper,the author brings forwards that measures need to taken up in order to enhance the peasants' quality,namely,to put emphasis on the peasants' cultural basic education,vocational education,the organization of labor force training and popularization of the information-based system of village constructs.
