Abstract

year old children were vaccinated with lyophilized live attenuated varicella vaccines(Oka strain)from SIBP(Shanghai Institute of Biological Products)and BIKEN to determine their safety and immunogenicity.The antibody was determined with ELISA.The result showed that the Varicella vaccine from SIBP had no appearant adverse reaction,and that both vaccines from SIBP and BIKEN had high sero conversion rate,85.8% and 92% respectively.It showed that Varicella vaccine from SIBP is the same as BINKEN,which has high safety and good immunogenicity.
