Abstract

Quality control and stability study of live attenuated varicella vaccine play an important role in ensuring vaccine safe and effective The frozen varicella vaccine was produced by inoculating Oka strain of varicella virus into MRC-5 human diploid cells The quality control results showed that the main technical indicators of the vaccine(virus titer, residual moisture,et al) met The WHO Requirements for Biologics The desired immunnological effect was observed, and the stability test had satisfactory results These data indicated that the varicella vaccine is safe and effective
