Abstract

SUN Yat-sen,the great revolutionary forerunner of Chinese nation of the 20th Century,put an end to the feudal autocracy and started the modernization of China.His proposition of “the Three Principles of the People (i.e.Nationalism,Democracy and the People's Livelihood)was the beginning of the political democracy of China.Dr.SUN Yat-sen designed a blueprint for the economic modernization and promoted the cultural modernization of China.Therefore,SUN Yat-sen made great historic contribution to the national rejuvenation of China.
