Abstract
This article carried out an empirical research of the consumption structure of China urban residents based on the ELES model and calculated the primary consumption demands of China urban residents and the income elasticity from 1999 to 2008.The analysis results can provide a valuable reference for further study of consumption structure of China urban residents.
