Centered on the Writers: A New Model of Teaching College Chinese

Abstract

Offered by the colleges and universities,the College Chinese is a public course, which less interests the students. Different people have different opinions on its aim and orientation. The staff in the East China Normal University has set up spirit as the essential attributes of the College Chinese. We have tried our best to establish the teaching model of one topic centered on the writers. Results show that it may arouse the students' interest and spread the humanity spirit.
