Abstract
A HPLC method of flubendiamide residues in soils and Chinese cabbage for quantitative determination was established, flubendiamide residues in the samples were extracted by acetonitrole and n-hexane,and purified by sulphonation.Agilent Zorbax C18 reverse phase column was used with UV detection at 254 nm,acetone and water(50:50,by vol) as a mobile phase. The average recoveries ranged from 91.31-94.80% for soils and 89.19-103.15% for Chinese cabbage, the coefficient of variation were 2.57-8.33% for soils and 4.21-5.43% for Chinese cabbage. The minimum detectable level in standard samples was 1×10-10 g,the lowest detectable concentration in soils and Chinese cabbage was 0.003 mg/kg.
