Abstract

Using acetonitrile as extracting solvent, the residual flubendiamide in cabbage was extracted by ultrasonic extract method.Purified by QuEChERS,flubendiamide residue was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with UV detector. The results indicated that the average recoveries of flubendiamide in cabbage were 81.12%-89.61%,the variation coefficients were 1.51%-3.57% and the limit of quantification was 0.005 mg/kg.The technology could be used simply and efficiently for determination of flubendiamide residue.
