Abstract

Basing on the theme of Development-Helping the Poor,Environment Construction and Population Control,Bijie experimental region should determine an innovative thought of regarding economic construction as the center,putting economic construction into environment construction,supporting environment construction with development-helping the poor and promoting development-helping the poor by environment construction.
