Abstract

This experiment adopted ultrasonic-assisted technology to improve extraction rate of Paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba.On the basis of the single factor test,in order to obtain the optional technology conditions of extraction rate of paenoniflorin,L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was done and analyzed on ratio of raw materials and solution, ultrasound temperature, ultrasound time, solvent concentration and ultrasound power. The results showed the optional extraction technology conditions were as follows:ratio of raw materials and solution was 1:15(g/mL),ultrasound temperature was 60℃,ultrasound time was 20min,solvent concentration was 60% and ultrasound power was 75W.The extraction rate of paeoniflorin form radix paeoniae alba was 0.296% under the optional extraction technology condtions.
