The Specific Design of Legal System about Agricultural Subsidies in China——Taking the equality of subsistence rights and development rights as the central

The subsistence and development problem is the most fundamental issue for human beings; the essence of the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers are the realization and development of farmers'survival interests and development interests. The existing agricultural subsidies system pays little attention to the problems of survival rights and development rights on the members of developing countries; and it still has not realized their survival and development problems. We need to develop innovatively the legal system of agricultural subsidies taking the equality of subsistence rights and development rights as the central. We construct the legal system of blue box agricultural subsidies taking the equality of subsistence rights and development rights as the central by studying the blue box reforms in Doha Round. The book constructs the legal system of green box agricultural subsidies taking the equality of subsistence rights and development rights as the central from the eleven contents of green box subsidies by combining with the enforcement status in China. Because of the limitations of existing agricultural subsidies and the agricultural development needs,the book constructs innovatively the legal system of green box agricultural subsidies taking the equality of subsistence rights and development rights as the central.
