China's Legal Measures Against Concession Tariff Diminution System After China's Entry into WTO

Abstract
In the light of the adjustment of concession tariff diminution system after China's entry into WTO, this paper thinks that the present import tariff rate is relatively high, tariff structure is unreasonable, concession tariff policy does not accord with fair tariff-burden principle, and hence suggests that corresponding measures be legally taken to standardize them.
