Abstract
Marxist tariff theories can play an important role in the choice of trarriff policy of China in the WTO system. Under the guidance of the theories, China should reinforce a moderate tariff protection policy to the new born industry, carry out the time table of the tariff concessions in the WTO Accession Documents, eliminate the over-protection and reform the tariff and tax system.
